This Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using www.worktotravel.com.au. By accessing and/or using this website, you are signifying your agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept the Terms and Condition, then you must not use this Site.

For the purposes of this agreement the words "We", "Our" and "Us" refer to Work to Travel (www.worktotravel.com.au) and "Site" refers to materials delivered on www.worktotravel.com.au. The words "You" and "Your" refers to you, the reader and may refer to you the Advertiser, Employer or you the Job Seeker.

Amendments

We may amend this document at any time which will become effective once it has been posted on Work to Travel.

Copyright and Trademarks

All information, material and trademarks contained on this Site are classified copyright under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (ie text, graphics, logos, icons and software) which is owned or licensed by Work to Travel unless otherwise indicated. You agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Work to Travel.

By advertising on the Site you grant Work to Travel an irrevocable, permanent and royalty free licence to use any advertisement that has been submitted by you for placement on the Site or any other third-party website deemed reasonable for the express purpose of generating user views and applications.

Information You Provide

You must not provide any information that you know is false or misleading as stated in the Criminal Code Act 1995. If you do give false or misleading information, or if you leave out information so that information you do give is misleading, appropriate action may be taken against you.

All job applications submitted by the job seeker including resumes are sent directly to the advertiser and a copy is retained by Work to Travel. These details are not made available to any other advertiser or third party organisation. Work to Travel may contact jobseekers or advertisers from time to time for the purpose of promotion, market research and/or to assist in their search for a suitable position or candidate.

Work to Travel welcomes ideas and feedback from you about all aspects of the Site. In some cases, we may reproduce, distribute, transmit and/or publicly display any materials and information for the purposes of advertising or promotion. We will not disclose your business name, surname, address or phone number details without your prior written approval.

Username and Password

To become a registered user of the www.worktotravel.com.au, you must provide a password and a username which must be a valid email address. As you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that these details remain confidential and up to date at all times. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

If you become aware of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security of your username and password, you must notify Work to Travel immediately. You may change your password at any time. You may also change your login by contacting customer service.

Advertised Positions

It is the responsibility of the advertiser that the positions advertised on the website will be for a specific and genuine position. The content of any advert submitted will not contain any illegal, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory content, or anything that may bring Work to Travel into disrepute. Work to Travel retains the right to refuse, withdraw or require an amendment to any advert it deems as inappropriate, offensive, misleading, inaccurate or in any other way unsuitable.

Work to Travel does not guarantee any response from applicants to any advert placed on this website, including the suitability of any respondent or the accuracy of any individuals details submitted to the advertiser. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ascertain the suitability of any applicant for the advertised position.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any of the material placed on the Site. It is expected that you will conduct your own research of the company or applicant before making a selection. Keep in mind that the information on the Site or the information on an application is often summarised and may not include all of the information that may be relevant.

In no event will Work to Travel be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained on or omitted from the Site.

Equal Opportunity

It is against the law for any advertiser to discriminate against candidates which includes discrimination on the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, race, political and/or religious beliefs unless covered by an exception or the advertiser has an exemption under relevant legislation. Work to Travel will not accept advertisements that appear to be unlawful.

Work to Travel reserves the right to either reject or remove any advertisement and in some cases cancel the advertisers account from it's websites for any reason mentioned or any reason whatsoever.

Third Party Websites and Links

The website may contain links to third party websites and resources. These linked sites are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Work to Travel of the content on such linked sites. Work to Travel makes no representations or warranties regarding the correctness, accuracy, performance or quality of any content, software, service or application found at any linked site. Work to Travel is not responsible for the availability of the linked site or the content or activities of such sites.

If you decide to access linked sites, you do so at your own risk. If you decide to make use of the link you should remember that your use of the linked site is likely to be subject to terms and conditions of use similar to these. Work to Travel recommends that you review such terms before using the linked site.

Access and Security

Work to Travel cannot guarantee that there will not be no interruptions while you are using the Site and that functioning systems may be partially or wholly unavailable due to technical faults or maintenance. In this event, Work to Travel will not be liable for any refunds on any advertising time that may be lost as a result.

Work to Travel is never liable to you or anyone else for harm or loss of data caused by any interruptions of any form including viruses, worms, Trojans or other malicious code that you download from the Internet, including our website.

You must use the Internet and our website at your own risk. It is your responsibility to implement sufficient antiviral and other protective measures for your computer/s, network and data to keep them safe and secure.

Whilst Work to Travel takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information that you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on our systems or Site. Work to Travel disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur.

Disclaimer

Work to Travel is not involved in the actual transaction between advertisers and job seekers. We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or content posted by either party on the Site or sent through applications or emails. We cannot censure and do not guarantee that a job seeker or advertiser will actually complete a transaction or act lawfully in using the Site.

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users of the Site, you release Work to Travel from any claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature arising, whether directly or indirectly out of such dispute.

We are not providing professional advice and we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any of the material placed on the Site. Material posted on the Site may include the views or recommendations of others that are not necessarily our views.

You should make your own enquiries to check if material on the Site is accurate and reliable.

Suspension of Accounts

Work to Travel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts at its absolute discretion in the event of, but not limited to, non-payment of advertisements or breaches of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
